A message dated July 7, 2001, was received stating the Governor is                                  
transmitting the engrossed and enrolled copies of the following                                     
resolution to the Lieutenant Governor's office for permanent filing:                                
                                                                                                    
      HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 28                                                                 
      Supporting the application of Alaska Airlines to provide air                                  
      service to Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport.                                         
                                                                                                    
      Legislative Resolve No. 23
